Official Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor

The Biggest Glow Event of the Year Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by:

Natural Glamorous Medspa is referred to throughout these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 20, 2026 and ends on November 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”).

The live online anniversary event will take place on November 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM ET.

Sponsor’s computer system shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry;
• Reside in Orlando or the surrounding Central Florida area;
• Are able to receive treatment at Natural Glamorous Medspa’s Orlando location; and
• Have never previously visited Natural Glamorous Medspa as a client or patient.

Existing and previous Natural Glamorous Medspa clients are not eligible for this online Giveaway.

Employees, owners, contractors, agents and representatives of Natural Glamorous Medspa, as well as members of their immediate households, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

To receive one eligible entry, an individual must complete the official Giveaway registration form during the Giveaway Period and provide the requested information, including:

• First name;
• Last name;
• Email address; and
• Telephone number.

No purchase or payment is required.

Only complete and valid registrations are eligible.

Participants may not submit multiple entries using different email addresses, telephone numbers, identities or other methods in an attempt to obtain additional entries.

Automated entries, bots, fraudulent accounts or manipulated registrations are prohibited.

5. Referrals

Participants may invite friends or family members to register for the Giveaway.

A referred participant must independently complete the official Giveaway registration form and satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Referrals do not create additional entries, increase the odds of winning or create any separate prize entitlement for the referring participant.

The “Who referred you?” field may be used by Natural Glamorous Medspa for internal tracking and promotional attribution only.

6. Grand Prize

One (1) eligible participant will be selected to receive:

One Year of Laser Hair Removal

Including:

• Brazilian area; and
• Underarms.

Treatment is limited to a maximum of twelve (12) eligible treatment sessions total or one (1) year from November 12, 2026, whichever occurs first, subject to treatment scheduling, medical eligibility and appropriate treatment intervals determined by Natural Glamorous Medspa.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,800.

The prize is:

• Non-transferable;
• Not redeemable for cash;
• Not exchangeable for another product or service; and
• Not eligible for substitution by the winner.

The Sponsor reserves the right to make a substitution only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control and only as permitted by applicable law.

7. Winner Selection

The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random digital drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will occur during The Biggest Glow Event of the Year live online event on November 12, 2026.

The selection process is based solely on chance.

8. Live Attendance Required

Participants must be present and connected to the live online event at the time the winner is announced in order to claim the Grand Prize.

The selected participant’s name will be called up to two (2) times during the live event.

If the selected participant does not respond after the second call or cannot reasonably be verified as present at the event, that participant will forfeit the potential prize and another eligible participant may be randomly selected.

This process may continue until an eligible winner who is present at the live event is selected.

9. Winner Verification and Acceptance

Being selected does not automatically make an entrant the official winner.

The potential winner must:

• Meet all eligibility requirements;
• Verify the information submitted during registration;
• Respond when selected during the live event;
• Complete any reasonable eligibility, acknowledgement or prize acceptance documentation requested by Sponsor; and
• Formally accept the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of being selected.

Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. Medical Eligibility

Laser hair removal is an elective aesthetic treatment and is not appropriate for every individual.

Before receiving treatment, the winner must complete Natural Glamorous Medspa’s standard consultation, medical screening, forms and informed consent process.

Treatment is subject to clinical eligibility as determined by the appropriately qualified treatment provider.

Selection as the Giveaway winner does not constitute medical clearance or a guarantee that treatment is medically appropriate.

If a temporary condition prevents treatment, including pregnancy or another temporary contraindication, Sponsor may permit the prize to be placed on hold for up to six (6) months, subject to clinical determination and applicable law.

Permanent contraindications or circumstances preventing the safe provision of treatment will be handled by Sponsor in accordance with applicable law and professional requirements.

11. Treatment Period

The winner must contact Natural Glamorous Medspa and begin the scheduling and consultation process within sixty (60) days after the live event.

Unless an approved medical hold applies, the prize period expires on November 12, 2027.

Any approved medical hold may extend the treatment period by no more than six (6) months.

The timing and frequency of treatments will be determined according to clinical protocols and treatment suitability.

12. Appointments, Cancellations and No-Shows

The winner remains subject to Natural Glamorous Medspa’s standard appointment, rescheduling and cancellation policies.

No payment is required in order to accept or receive the Giveaway prize.

Natural Glamorous Medspa may require a valid payment method on file and authorization to assess its standard cancellation or no-show fee if an appointment is missed or cancelled outside the permitted cancellation window.

Normal cancellation requirements, including the applicable 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy, will apply.

A missed appointment does not automatically constitute one of the winner’s included treatment sessions; however, applicable cancellation or no-show policies may still apply.

13. Transportation and Related Expenses

The prize includes only the services expressly described in these Official Rules.

Transportation, gasoline, airfare, accommodations, meals, parking and any other expenses associated with traveling to and from Natural Glamorous Medspa are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Treatments will be provided only at Natural Glamorous Medspa in Orlando, Florida.

14. Winner Announcement and Publicity

Participants acknowledge that the winner will be selected and announced during the live online event.

The potential winner must be willing to appear during the live winner announcement and acknowledge acceptance of the prize during the event.

Any additional use of the winner’s photograph, video, likeness, testimonial, treatment images or before-and-after content for advertising or promotional purposes may be subject to a separate authorization or release where required.

Clinical photography, medical information and treatment records will be handled separately in accordance with applicable consent and privacy requirements.

15. Fraud and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in Sponsor’s reasonable determination:

• Provides false information;
• Uses multiple identities, telephone numbers or email addresses to circumvent the rules;
• Uses bots or automated entry systems;
• Attempts to manipulate the random selection process;
• Tampers with the Giveaway website or registration system;
• Interferes with another participant; or
• Otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor will not arbitrarily disqualify valid entries.

16. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted or not received because of internet outages, software failures, telecommunications issues, platform interruptions or other technical circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as reasonably intended because of fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another circumstance affecting the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor may take reasonable corrective action consistent with applicable law.

17. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period and the number of eligible participants present during the live winner selection.

18. Taxes

Any federal, state or local taxes or reporting obligations associated with receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner to the extent required by applicable law.

19. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

This Giveaway may be advertised or shared through Facebook, Instagram or other services operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants release the applicable social media platforms from responsibility relating to administration of the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

The online event may be conducted using Zoom. Zoom is not a sponsor, administrator or endorser of this Giveaway.

20. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway may be used by Natural Glamorous Medspa to:

• Administer the Giveaway;
• Verify eligibility;
• Communicate regarding the live event;
• Contact the potential winner; and
• Communicate with participants regarding Natural Glamorous Medspa services, promotions and events, subject to applicable law and the participant’s communication preferences.

21. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, treatment, appointment deposit or other financial transaction is required to enter or win the Giveaway.

Purchasing a service, booking an appointment or otherwise spending money with Natural Glamorous Medspa will not increase the odds of winning.

22. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law.

Any dispute arising from the Giveaway shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.

23. Winner Information

Where required by applicable law, information identifying the Giveaway winner may be made available upon valid request after the Giveaway has concluded.
