Cancellation Policy

Treatment Package Cancellations

At Natural Glamorous, we strive to provide the best experience and results for our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that lead to canceling a treatment package. For this reason, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Period

• Clients have the option to cancel any treatment package within the first 30 days after the purchase date.

2. Refund Calculation

In the event a refund is requested, the following will be deducted from the amount paid:

• Free bonuses included in the offer (for example, additional sessions, free products, or other benefits). The value of these bonuses will be calculated based on their regular price.
• Treatments already used within the purchased package, which will be charged at the regular list price.

3. Cancellation Process

• The cancellation request must be made directly at our clinic or through our customer service team.
• The receipt or proof of purchase of the package is required to proceed with the request.
• The refund, once approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.

4. Additional Conditions

• After the first 30 days, no refund requests will be accepted, but the client may continue to enjoy the remaining treatments in their package, provided they have not expired.
